July 5th, 2015 I was arrested and charged with a DUI. My BAC was 0.084 and I chose to do all of the field sobriety tests, and the breathalyzer. I was in discourse for months because I was serving on active duty orders at the time, this instance ensured that I would be kicked off of those order, effec...tively placing me on the unemployment line. But Mr. Funk Esq. gave me legal advice and I retained him (he will work with you if you do not have all the money upfront). By January 17th I had been denied multiple high paying jobs due to my background check and had only been to my arraignment and the final court date. Mr. Funk ensured that I retained my drivers licence (I am a PA driver and a reckless driving would have sacrificed my licence per PA law). Mr. Funk worked with the DA and got me a Probation before Judgment deal on a reckless driving, I had to pay a small court fee and in ten days if no other instances occurred during the ten day probationary period then the court would throw out the reckless driving (which it got downgraded to). This was the best option for me, and I am working with Mr.Funk to expunge my record of the instance entirely. Because of him, there is life after a DUI. I have learned from my mistakes and will never have a sip of alcohol and get behind the wheel again. HIRE HIM he knows his stuff. -KSC

I hold a professional license in DE. I hired Mr. Funk because of the good reviews I have found. After 16 months of him delaying my case, I hired a new lawyer to co-counsel and he had my case dropped with prejudice in a month. Furthermore, Mr. Funk did not appear interested or motivated to justly repr...esent me, but rather have me take a plea that would irreparably affect my professional license and my career. I'm sure Mr. Funk is smart and talented. I just wouldn't recommend him to anyone who holds a professional license.
