D. Zachary Losco

Zach is an attorney with a focus on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, business law, and financial transactions. His personal touch involves deep business savvy and a tenacious yet collaborative approach.

A Wilmington native, Zach from Archmere Academy in 2005. He pursued his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, obtaining a BA in English language and literature in 2009. Zach immediately entered the work force as a real estate paralegal, closing high-volume residential transactions. He later transitioned to a strategic position with a Wilmington consultancy, where he participated in and orchestrated all human resources matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions, new entity development, executive liaison, contract negotiation and management, and commercial leasing matters.

After nearly a decade in the business world, Zach pursued his law degree from Delaware Law School as a night student while clerking for a local civil practice firm. He graduated summa cum laude in 2022. While in law school, Zach participated in Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and Transactional Law Honor Society competitions, and obtained Certificates of Achievement in property, civil procedure, equity, and commercial and residential real estate transactions.
