Brandon Andrew Spivey

After searching for an attorney to design a solid P.O.A. for my mom - who was in a nursing home / rehab center in Wilmington, Delaware - and me, her out-of-state son, I found Mr. Spivey in the same city. And I am very happy that he was there and available to go to the nursing home, meet with my mom ...within a couple of days, and design a perfectly solid POA. He then took the necessary witnesses and notary with him and I then met him & my mom to discuss it. I then drove over to his office to finalize it & get a few copies, along with the original. Now keep in mind, Mr. Spivey is nor cheap, but I am a big believer in that you get what you pay for. I'm very glad that I adhered to that old adage bc I have a not-so-nice brother who "threatened" to overturn my POA ... until he saw a copy of it, and realized how solid it was and the powerful law firm from which it originated. My mom has since passed. I only wish she had Brandon Spivey do her will, as well. But she had already done so through a local notary and she was satisfied with that. A potential fatal flaw in her thinking bc that same brother of mine is now threatening to challenge her will. God Rest my mom's soul. She just passed. And now the "fun" [sarc] in funeral begins.

Brandon is an excellent lawyer. He took over my case when I sought counsel after being disappointed with previous representation at another firm. Brandon was always available to communicate with me, gave me clear guidance on preparation for court, and did a great job of explaining State laws regardin...g my divorce and child custody. Divorce/custody is extremely stressful but Brandon's attention to detail made the process less overwhelming. Brandon was phenomenal in the court room. He respectfully argued and did not let my manipulative ex sway him or the judge. I do not wish divorce and/or a custody battle on anyone, but in the unfortunate event that you need representation, I strongly recommend Brandon Spivey. i was referred to Brandon when my lawyer stopped practicing. Midcase, Brandon took control of the situation. Brandon took the time to explain things in a logical manner, and he would follow up when promised. He always kept me up to date and was early for our appointments. He is a pleasure to speak... with, and very knowledgeable regarding law. He has alleviated my nerves on several occasions; he is both calm and determined. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer.

Brandon did a great job getting my ticket dismissed that was given for an illegal u-turn. He was able to find a section of the Delaware Code where they type of ticket I was given was incorrect because the road was not access controlled. He was professional and did his homework even for just a minor t...raffic violation. I would recommend him to anyone that needs assistance.
