Attorney Kathleen M. Hubbert’s passion for estate planning began while she was attending Franklin and Marshall College. She interned at a boutique estates and trusts firm during college and while attending Widener University School of Law, where she focused her studies on estate planning and administration. Kathleen was also a staff member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and volunteered with Wills for Heroes.
During her second and third years of law school, Kathleen interned with the Superior Court of Kent County and the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas. After graduating from Widener in 2013, Kathleen worked as a law clerk for the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas.
