I want to start off by saying I am so happy I hired Sam to be my attorney. He is hands down the BEST workers comp attorney in the state of Delaware! He went above and beyond my expectations to ensure all of my questions and needs were met in a timely fashion. His quick communication and attention to ...detail is what I was impressed by as I can only imagine how hectic his schedule must be. He made sure to respond to all of my calls and emails within 24hrs. I was out of work for a little over a year and he had my case settled for more than I expected and all medical bills paid in full all in 15 months tops! Very very professional, hard working, respectful, and went above and beyond to meet all of my expectations as I was new to all of this. While I was injured due to a work injury I was injured again while traveling out of state and while I was unsure on how to handle it I reached out to Sam and he helped me promptly with that case as well. He made sure everything ran smoothly. His staff is also amazing, have great customer service,and represent the firm well. Fantastic job!!!

Mr. Pratcher did a fantastic job on my case. I knew when I first met him that he was a man of integrity n caring person. He assured me that he would do everything he could to make sure I would not have to worry about anything especially my medical bills.
