Wonderful Since the Start!

I got into my first car accident in 2022 where the other driver was at fault and we reached settlement in 1.5 years. From the beginning I was explained about the general process from filing claims to getting proper medical treatment to reaching settlement. I greatly value effective communication ...and having my questions answered. There was constant communication via email and phone since the start and if I had any questions they were answered clearly without making me feel dumb for asking. Although it took a while before the end, I never felt forgotten about or had to chase for an answer. Highly recommend beyond words!
