The communication with Mr. Alex Chan was not only unclear and lacking essential details. He spoke in attorney language as if assuming I had the same legal background and even rolled his eyes when I requested elaboration. This attitude, combined with the rushed communication and lack of follow-up, con...tributed to a less than satisfactory experience. Unfortunately, the promised follow-up email with additional information was not received, and there was no subsequent check to ensure the document was received.
