Biography
I am a native of Delaware and graduated from a local Wilmington area high school. I am the son of two teachers with over 65 years of teaching experience, and know the importance of education and dedication to my community. I also understands the importance of working hard for my clients and their families to obtain the best possible results.
I earned my undergraduate degree at Gettysburg College and law degree from The Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. I am an active member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association.
As an attorney I am recognized by my peers and was recently voted by my peers as one of the top personal injury lawyers in the state of Delaware. In addition I have been accepted as a life member of the National Registry of WHO'S WHO.
In 1990 I married my wife Elaine and I have 2 children.

Best Lawyer in Delaware!
Mr. Freibott made numerous trips to my home when I was unable to drive due to my injury. He made the whole process easy for me and my wife so I could concentrate on getting better. When the insurance company gave me trouble about my wage checks, he had it worked out in no time!

Great attorney!
