Lisa was born in Wilmington, Delaware. While attending law school at night she worked full time as a law clerk for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and then as a corporate bankruptcy paralegal until her graduation.
Lisa focuses her practice on wills & trusts, estate planning and administration, commercial bankruptcy, business planning, formation and documentation, and elder law, including guardianship actions. She regularly represent families, individuals, businesses, executors/personal representatives, trustees, Chapter 7 trustees, litigation/liquidation trustees, plan administrators and municipalities in various matters.
Additionally, she often serves as a Court appointed attorney ad litem in guardianship actions. She is a certified mediator for the Superior Court for the State of Delaware, New Castle County and is on the register of mediators for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of DE.
