Rick Hogan is the managing partner of the Wilmington office of Hogan & Vandenberg LLC. His practice focuses on business, investor and family immigration. Lawyer who doesn't care and is rude
Rick was the worst and I would never recommend him to anyone. Never kept in touch, always busy and never returned calls or emails.
