Michelle P Quinn

Michelle P. Quinn is a partner in the Corporate/Business Entity Counseling practice group of Berger Harris.  Her practice focuses primarily on rendering advice as to matters of Delaware law relating to partnerships and limited liability companies.  Michelle has extensive experience in rendering advice and legal opinions in a wide variety of transactions involving Delaware partnerships and limited liability companies, including investment fund transactions, joint venture transactions and structured finance transactions. Her work also includes rendering advice with respect to mergers, conversions and other structural changes involving partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as analyzing fiduciary duty and contractual interpretation issues.

Prior to joining Berger Harris, Michelle was counsel in the Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group at Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A.

Michelle is very active in the local community.  She provides assistance in trust and estate matters for pro bono clients through Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.  Michelle serves on the board of directors of SOAR, Inc.  She is Vice-Chair of the Women and the Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.  She is also a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers, serving as a member of the legislative committee of that organization.
