I am a Partner with the law firm of Tighe & Cottrell, P.A. I practice in the areas of insurance defense, corporate law, commercial transactions, estate planning, personal injury, and employment law. I am a member of the Delaware and Maryland State Bars. I have also been nominated to join the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. I am the President of the Board of Directors for Providence Creek Academy Charter School, Delaware since 2015. I was educated at Wheeling Jesuit University (B.A. cum laude 2003; member of Phi Sigma Tau honor society) and at Syracuse University College of Law (J.D. cum laude 2006).
