Greg has been involved in numerous significant Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in Delaware on behalf of corporate and individual creditors, contract and lease parties, shareholders, lenders, asset purchasers, directors and officers, official and ad hoc committees, trustees and other professionals.

Greg has extensive experience representing and advising troubled companies in out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 reorganizations. His engagements have included serving as lead counsel, Delaware co-counsel and conflicts counsel for small, middle-market and large business entities, including local Delaware businesses, spanning a wide range of industries, including retail, real estate, entertainment and hospitality, manufacturing, construction, financial, media, and energy.

Greg represents clients in bankruptcy, commercial and corporate commercial litigation and mediation in Delaware federal and state courts, including preference actions, fraudulent transfer actions, and commercial and corporate disputes.

Greg handles dissolution and wind-up of Delaware corporations under Delaware General Corporation Law.
