About Adam

Learn Adam’s areas of practice.

With a focus on Delaware corporate law, I maintain a national litigation practice at Blank Rome LLP. Blank Rome is a full service international law firm that represents a wide-range of clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and assists with all of their business needs. I take pride in providing my clients with thorough pre-litigation counseling and attempting to obtain business resolutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. I frequently advise clients on complex commercial, employment, and corporate litigation matters, including:

  • breach of contract
  • shareholder disputes
  • breach of fiduciary duty/corporate governance
  • products liability and mass torts
  • class action defense
  • merger/acquisition litigation
  • business torts
  • patent infringement/intellectual property
  • employment discrimination/harassment/retaliation
  • wage/hour compliance, employee separations/terminations, and personnel policies
  • trade secrets/non-competes
  • antitrust counseling
  • government and internal investigations
  • real estate/construction disputes

I am admitted to practice in DE, NJ, and PA. I regularly represent clients in both state and federal courts nationwide, particularly the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Superior Court of Delaware, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. The Delaware Court of Chancery is internationally recognized as the preeminent forum for the resolution of corporate disputes and development of corporate law. I have also handled appeals before the Supreme Court for the State of Delaware and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

I am experienced with motions practice, oral argument, written discovery and taking/defending depositions, trial practice, post-trial work, and appeals. I also have experience resolving litigation for clients via alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration.

In 2016, I was elected to serve as Chair for the Delaware State Bar Association's Litigation Section.
