Excellent Attorney

Mike is an excellent attorney who is in a very prestigious category of top rated, a distinction that is well deserved. My Son’s ex-girlfriend filed a PFA against him and Mike was able to have the case dropped through negotiations without going to court, incredible. Six months later t...here was an amended PFA filed against my Son from his ex-girlfriend and once again, Mike was able to have the case dropped. He brilliantly and skillfully laid out all the facts in the case to my Sons ex-girlfriend’s attorney and they soon realized that their case was without merit and withdrew. Mike was a very strong advocate for my Son. Mike’s communication was excellent, he always returned any correspondence promptly. He was very clear and detailed about the direction and course of action that needed to be taken in the two case’s. I am very grateful for all that Mike did for my Son, he is truly one of the best attorneys I’ve encountered over the years. You’re in good hands with his representation, thank you Mike!

BEST LAWYER IN DELAWARE FOR PFA’S

Mr. Corrigan is by far the best lawyer in the entire state of Delaware for defense against PFA’s. My ex girlfriend tried to file a PFA against me and got nowhere thanks to Mr. Corrigan’s excellent representation. We were set to have a hearing for my ex girlfriends amended PFA petition against me, wel...l, there was no hearing. Mr. Corrigan brilliantly was able convince my ex girlfriend to dismiss all of her claims against me after a couple of continuances; not only that, on the day this petition was willingly dismissed, I didn’t even have to step foot in the court room. Mr. Corrigan handled this case and got everything dismissed before things even got to that point. My ex girlfriend willingly signed the stipulation of dismissal for the PFA she filed against me. I got to the courthouse at 9:00am, and everything was dismissed and signed by 9:30am. If you want a lawyer who is an absolute pitbull in your corner, who listens, fights for you no matter what he’s up against, doesn’t put up with any nonsense for the petitioners or their lawyers, then Mr. Corrigan is the lawyer for you. I am extremely grateful for everything Mr. Corrigan did for me, he’s not only by far the best lawyer in Delaware in his field of practice, he’s an even better human being.

Intelligent, Informed and Sensitive

I interviewed three lawyers and spoke with five prior to retaining Michael. During the consultation, he was knowledgeable about my case and professed logical ideas on how to proceed Michael kept me focused on the lack of merit of this case and proved himself to be spot on. A Lawyer Who Listens!

We wholeheartedly recommend Attorney Michael Corrigan for any legal matter with which you may need help. We were placed in the unfortunate situation of having a Plaintiff who made false claims against us due to her cold-heartedness, immaturity, and complete inability to communicate like a rational ad...ult. Michael was able to see through the false claims and secured the exact outcome we sought at the beginning of this vexatious litigation. He listened to our accounts, collected evidence and was well prepared to go trial. He was professional and well skilled in his craft. We ended up paying nothing to the Plaintiff. Michael's fees were fair and reasonable. He is the first lawyer of which we know, to actually return money to us, as our case did not require the amount of time originally thought necessary.
