I have been a client of Ed Carter for the past 5 years and am writing this review because, in my opinion, it is very important to work with a lawyer who has integrity and who takes the interests, concerns and health of their clients seriously.
I find Ed and his office staff to be extremely helpful when guidance and intervention is needed. Communication is timely and thorough. Appointments are never rushed.
I know I am in good hands and highly recommend Edward B Carter Jr.
He told me all of the important things ( both good and bad) back in the late 90's when my case was mostly settled with the insurance company.
My remaining benefits are that they must supply my medical care for the rest of my life, however, I need to make a claim at least every 5 years to keep this portion active. He told me almost 20 years ago that the insurance company will likely try to hold me "at bay" for each claim I make, and they have.
Every time I have had to make an additional claim, I have contacted Ed or his Paralegal, and within no time the insurance company reimburses me. I have tried on my own several times, and every time after 6 weeks or more of BS from them, I notify Ed's office to get payment almost immediately.
Ed and his staff have never charged me for the additional services they have had to go through. every 2 or 3 years for more than 15 years now they need to contact my insurance company. To do so at no charge to me is a man keeping his word which is a rare find in this day and age.

Excellent!
Ed Carter of Kimmel, Carter, Roman & Peltz advised me of my options and kept me informed as we set up and put into place a course of action. I always felt very confident that he was working hard on my behalf and am grateful that he was referred to me by a friend.
