I contacted the mentioned Attorney’s office 12/05 at 11:22am based off of a referral through my employer. The intake specialist answered the prompted line. I was asked my name and reason for the call. As I began explaining the intake specialist seemed frustrated with me within seconds of the call and... in an aggressive and unfriendly tone said can I tell her a little bit about what took place. As I started to explain she rudely said what are the specifics? How did they defraud you? In a more louder tone. I asked her to please speak to her someone else or her supervisor and she refused and told me to contact my employer and ask them for another referral. I then felt uncomfortable and frustrated especially when I am seeking help and guidance from an attorney’s office. I did not think the customer service was welcoming or nice and would not recommend this law firm or agency based on the first initial POC in place. I do not know or have never met the attorney.

This lawyer does not call you back. There is no receptionist, just a voicemail where you leave a message and NEVER get called back. I did a bankruptcy with her in 2010 and now I need to shortsale my home and she won"t even communicate back with my mortgage company. She could force me into foreclos...ure with this. I am going in person to check out her office and try to get some results.
