I live in Australia, my children live in USA with their Mom. After an attempted negotiation with my ex to bring my children to Australia for vacation failed I needed to have some matters of the custody agreement clarified and modified. Bentley Law discussed and advised me of my entitlements, took my ...matter to court and supported me throughout. The case was so well presented that at the hearing the judge queried my ex 'so why shouldn't the children be permitted to travel to Australia?', to which he found her answer to be inadequate - IE, I had a reasonable request and we were better prepared. My children got to visit Australia, catch up with their cousins, uncles, aunties and grandfather, none of which would have been possible without Bentley's assistance. We are now in the process of having the custody agreement modified so that my children can travel frequently. The time zones did throw in some challenges and I am very pleased with their service.
