Custody can be very involved, sometimes requiring evaluations the Court may order. Custody is the most stressful area of practice for clients. Most parents love their children and want what is best for them. Our job is to represent our clients to obtain the best order for their kids.

Child support matters arise whenever there are minor children. The court has jurisdiction over C.S. and it can be modified if there is a change in circumstances. Support (usually) ends when a child turns 18 or graduates from high school, whichever is later. C.S. is based on incomes and is also determined by the number of overnights spent with the parents.

I represent clients in their divorce, including mediation and collaborative law services. Our firm represents clients in Berks, Lebanon and Lancaster Counties. We address all issues pertaining to that divorce, including but not limited to division of property, alimony, spousal support, alimony pendente lite, custody, matters of assets and retirements, as well as division of debts.
