Matthew Bingham Banks

We hired Mr.Banks and we are so thankful that we did! My husband had an arrest that we needed help with. My husband and I were very upset and nervous of possible outcome. At 1st hearing he made us feel very at ease and not embarassed. All went well and the communication throughout this process has... been, and is continuing to be, amazing. Questions about paperwork and calls are answered/returned immediately. (Sometimes within minutes) Ashley is an amazing asset to the office because she is thorough and the follow up is exceptional. They are patient with calling around his demanding work schedule which is much appreciated. We will use again if ever in need and recommend for sure. I had a run in with the law for the first time in my life a few months back in April. I contacted Matthew about it and he went out of his way to call me at the first chance he had since he was on vacation. From there, he assured me that everything was going to be alright and that he will guide me thr...ough the process. Throughout the process, that is exactly what he did. I had met Attorney Matthew Banks when he was just starting out. I didn't know him as a lawyer, but as a customer at where I worked. I switched jobs and hadn't talked to him in years. But when my teenage son got him self in some trouble he is who I thought of to call. Now since I had last talked to A...ttorney Banks, he had built up his firm quite substantially. I thought for sure he would just assign my case to another lawyer in his firm. I mean the case was a big deal to me because it was my son but it was nothing that was news worthy or very interesting. Yet he called me back directly, said he would take my case. The communication from his office is outstanding. I never had to call again, they reached out to me, multiple times. Kept me up to date with every step of my sons case. Charmaine and Ashley are definitely assets to Banks Law Firm. They emailed me or called and helped me with any questions or to remind me of upcoming court dates. Attorney Matthew Banks showed up for all the court dates and you could just tell at the Reading Court House that he had gained a lot of respect from all the staff including other laywers and Judges. He also took the time to talk to my son, give him advice and direction. I hope I am never in need of an attorney again, but I feel very thankful knowing that I would be in such good hands. I will of course be recommending Attorney Banks and his staff to everyone I know.

Dear Attorney Banks, My son, Joshua, had asked me to write you on his behalf. He just wanted to say thank you for everything your law firm did for him for all his cases. He especially wanted me to let you know that he felt Attorney Harakal went above and beyond for him at times. Attorney Harakal ...was on top of every case Josh had. He made many phone calls, court dates got changed ( a lot) and Josh was going from one jail to another. He worked with the advocate from the VA for Josh. Attorney Harakal always made time for me when I called on behalf of Josh ( and I called a lot!) He went to see Josh in jail, to make sure Josh understood what was going on. I can't express how grateful I am to have had Attorney Banks as my lawyer. Believe it or not, I actually was innocent. This is when you need a lawyer most, because they need to prove it in court. Wouldn't you believe that the judge actually believed the Plaintiff and DA, accepted evidence that was in...accurate...at first. Thankfully, I had Matthew Banks on my side. He cross examined the Plaintiff for 45 minutes, making a fool of them and their false allegations. He saved me from going to jail because he had the skills to do so! I wouldn't recommend anybody else but Matthew Banks to represent someone in court. I feel very safe and confident with the Banks Law Group.
