Matthew Bingham Banks

I have used Mr. Banks law group 3 times for family court. Each time I did have a different lawyer representing me from the law group, but they were all absolutely amazing. I never have been in legal trouble before my divorce and I felt like a criminal going through the process. Mr. Banks and his team... wiped that feeling away and gave me a voice. His staff is very helpful, and always pleasant. In a five star review they get 10 stars. His experience, dedication priceless.

If I had to do it again, I would rather represent myself or choose a public defender. They told me they didn't think I would be found guilty of my dui charge but suggested I plead guilty anyway. They were dishonest when it came to finances as well. $500 for the first court appearance, ok. Then we dis...cussed 2000 for the rest. However, if I wanted to take it to trail, he said he would have to charge me even more. Almost forcing me to plead guilty. Thats fine, but should have been mentioned prior. Definitely would recommend another lawyer for criminal defense. I actually would of made out better with a public defender.

I had a run in with the law for the first time in my life a few months back in April.
