This firm really has a great team , they get things done for you so that the best outcome is reached . Attorney bank was so great and efficient when explaining things to me so that I was able to understand how the law works ,and the steps that needed to be taken . He was able to work on my boyfriend ...case and all of the charges were drop so I am so happy I stayed with him . I hope I don’t ever need him again but if you need him don’t hesitate . Before being represented by Mr Banks I had a different attorney who led me in the complete wrong direction and who didn’t even take the time to show up for any of my court dates. Upon reaching out to Mr Banks he contacted me the same evening and was always timely on communication and answered any and... all questions. He was very patient with me and my uneasiness from the bad experience prior to him. He went to great lengths to assure I got the outcome I was hoping for. If I had to do it again, I would rather represent myself or choose a public defender. They told me they didn't think I would be found guilty of my dui charge but suggested I plead guilty anyway. They were dishonest when it came to finances as well. $500 for the first court appearance, ok. Then we dis...cussed 2000 for the rest. However, if I wanted to take it to trail, he said he would have to charge me even more. Almost forcing me to plead guilty. Thats fine, but should have been mentioned prior. Definitely would recommend another lawyer for criminal defense. I actually would of made out better with a public defender.
