John Joseph Miravich

John is a Partner in the national law firm of Fox Rothschild in the area of complex litigation including commercial, antitrust, trademark, copyright, and construction. He also concentrates his practice in municipal law, government affairs and advising local governments and school districts on legal and financial issues. He represents entities in contract negotiations and advises them on litigation avoidance and insurance coverage issues.

A graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, Penn State University, receiving its Distinguished Service Award in 2006, he serves on the law school’s Alumni Board of Directors as Vice President. John earned his undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University in three years.

John is Member and Past-President of Legatus, Lehigh Valley Chapter (an international Catholic executive association); Co-Chairman, Berks County Bar Association Government Affairs Committee; Member and President-Elect Board of Directors for the Penn State Graduate School Alumni Society; Vice-President, Endlich Law Society; Past-Finance Committee Member, Saint Catharine’s Church (Exeter Township, Pa.); Past-Finance Committee Member, Cardinal Brennan High School; President, Saint Thomas More Society Berks County Chapter; Member, Allentown Diocese’s Second Synod Topical Committee; Member and Past-Co-Chairman, Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce Municipal Affairs Committee; Member, Board of Directors of Mary’s Shelter/Mary’s Home; Member, Advisory Board for Greater Reading Children’s Museum; Member, Board of Directors Berks County Bar Association; and Vice President, Exeter Township Fire Commission.
