I was brought up on some pretty serious, though completely fictitious charges. Paul represented me at my hearing. He made me no pie in the sky promises but he came into that hearing thorough and professional. He didn't let anything slip. The charges against me were dropped and I went home a happy ...man. I told Paul he's my hero. He was easy to get a hold of on the phone, he answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him.

The best criminal defense attorney

My family and I recently hired Paul Missan for legal representation on a criminal complaint filed against myself. Paul Missan was very precise, straight, and forward with me during my initial interview with him. He was very detail oriented and honest about everything he talked with me about which led... me to be as comfortable as I possibly could be. At my preliminary hearing, Paul Missan attacked the alleged complaint being held against me in every and all ways possible to clear me of a false conviction!!! Excellent lawyer

Paul represented our son on several cases and got him the best possible outcome. The ARDs have given our son a second chance to get his life back on track. Would not have happened without Paul. Excellent work.

Very impressed

Hired Paul to represent my son for a parole violation and subsequent DUI. Paul was able to get my son ARD even with a felony conviction. County had turned down his request for ARD but Paul was able to convince ADA and judge to admit him to program. Kept me updated as we went thru process and his rate...s were very reasonable. Highly recommend him for any criminal case.
