My go to.....guy

Every time I have needed Paul he has always been a call away. I moved out of state about 10 yrs ago. But Paul always remembers me and my calls if nothing but advice he gives it honestly. I was kinda upset he didn’t get me off at first but looking back now it could have been much worse. I thank Paul f...or being a stand up lawyer, man, and friend. I highly recommend him and it’s not enough to just say lawyer. Paul is a stand up person..if it can be done Paul can do it.....thank you agai.

Paul Missan is a miracle worker! Professional, proficient, and gets results. Was able to get some serious charges against me dropped on the first shot. Best decision I made was choosing him to represent me. Would recommend him to anyone looking honest, no nonesense representation!

The best criminal defense attorney

My family and I recently hired Paul Missan for legal representation on a criminal complaint filed against myself. Paul Missan was very precise, straight, and forward with me during my initial interview with him. He was very detail oriented and honest about everything he talked with me about which led... me to be as comfortable as I possibly could be. At my preliminary hearing, Paul Missan attacked the alleged complaint being held against me in every and all ways possible to clear me of a false conviction!!! He did a great job putting forth his best defense to ensure justice was served!!! I highly suggest Paul Missan to anyone!!

Not good outside of berks county

We got alot of assurances from atty missan he sure can talk fast and make it sound like he's worth the nearly $10k we gave him. However he was way out of his league in schuykill county, and instead of admitting that he kept assuring us all would be fine up until the day the jail door closed behind h...is client. Still we had issues with basic rights and lack of communication on parts of the plea deal and instead of helping he fast talked and danced around the questions never giving a straight answer on anything. If you're in trouble inside of berks county maybe he's a good lawyer but if it's any where else hire somebody else. His secretary Carolina is amazing, always returning calls and emails and tries to help, but she's not a lawyer and neither one of them bothered to say they have never handled a case in schuylkil county. If he truly cared about the people he was defending he would admit when he isn't the right choice instead of taking $10k getting our hopes up and delivering nothing. Guards, inmates they all say the same thing Missan failed miserably
