Get a continuance rather than have this woman be your hearing officer. She is the worst.

All the negative reviews are correct. This woman didn’t even talk to either party before she made her decision. She brought up her own personal experience to diminish my own. I can’t imagine that this woman has children. If you get assigned to her, I suggest getting a continuance in the hopes you wil...l get another hearing officer. About horrible.

Rude, and Unprofessional

I had a conciliation lead by Ms. Kleinfelter, and the moment the zoom meeting started I felt she had already made her decision on the case, which she is supposed to not choose sides and just be there to help both parties come to a decision, she threatened me , brought up things that are not relevant ...to my case , was very rude and unprofessional this women should be disbarred , shouldn’t be in this line of work with the way she acts towards you, as I see all the other reviews it’s very correct on how she is.

One star is too much

I concur with every review on this page. In a recent hearing, this person was a disgrace to the judicial system. She was rude, disrespectful, and lacked any patience for this position. I could barely speak without her brash interjections and demeaning comments. When I asked her questions or tried to ...clarify information, she had no tolerance. The order that was issued was excessively erroneous and will only cause a return to the system in an appeal, which will further backlog the process for all. Without question, she should be disbarred.

Bitter, Nasty and should be Disbarred

It's truly lamentable that Molly B. Kleinfelter continues to hold the esteemed position of an officer of the court when her conduct suggests a blatant disregard for basic human decency, particularly towards women. Reflecting on my recent interaction with her during a hearing, it dawned on me that she... was the same attorney as a hearing officer in Berks County involved in my prior tumultuous divorce proceedings. In those dark times, instead of offering empathy or practical solutions, she callously suggested homelessness as a viable option for me and my children when financial strain became apparent and my ex was amassing three rental properties while taking me back to court 21 times in one year to reduce his support of $150/month for two kids. Her demeanor during our recent encounter was no less appalling, as she wielded threats and intimidation tactics to silence any objections to her unjust support recommendations. It's baffling. It's abundantly clear that her unsuitability for private practice has led her to cling to a role where her incompetence thrives unchecked. This is incompetence at its most egregious, tarnishing the very fabric of justice she's meant to uphold.

Highly Unprofessional

I don't typically go out of my way to write reviews, but I feel compelled to caution others about this individual. Their wielding of power and authority in matters involving families is concerning. From the outset of the hearing, their demeanor was notably rude. They seemed eager to find any excuse t...o dismiss the case and require a return visit, rather than fulfilling their responsibilities. Their treatment of those present resembled that of criminals, despite this being a family court proceeding. Parents in family court are not criminals. During questioning, she would often abruptly divert attention to the other party, disregarding the current speaker. Requests to submit evidence for the record were met with refusal, only for the final report to claim "lack of evidence"—an act that is highly unprofessional. Additionally, their demeanor includes glaring and intimidating behavior, reminiscent of scolding a child. It's disheartening to see individuals with such temperaments wield such power. I strongly advise avoiding any interaction with them if possible.
