John Fielding III is fantastic

John has helped me immensely on numerous occasions from helping me with a DUI, to making himself available when I had police contact. I felt thoroughly that he had my best interests at heart and was able to act on them with the utmost intelligence and knowledge of the law. I also felt as though he ha...s the respect of his colleagues in the Berks County Court System. He's the first attorney that I have had that I felt truly dedicated himself to giving my case 100% and I am so grateful for everything he has done.

Fielding Review

John is an extremely able attorney. I have hired him numerous times on various business and personal issues and at no time did I regret the decision. He is tough yet empathetic, honest yet shrewd, sharp-witted yet personable. It would be hard to do better in an attorney.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
