I‘m writing this review for my lawyer Ashley E. Gruber! She was working on my green card application since 2016 and she did an outstanding Job!! She answered all my questions around this whole immigration jungle and form in a “non lawyer language“! Every concern or anything else I had throughout the ...process, Ashley always kept me in the loop and explained everything ahead of time. Ashley provided her services to prepare a response for H1B RFE back in December 2017. The RFE received was very critical which could have caused potential Family separations. Ashley is an exceptional professional, she did thorough analysis of the case and responded with the best possible arguments. W...ithin couple of weeks we were able to receive an H1B approval. She was available for questions through out the time and did a great job. I would highly recommend her services!!

As a small business we had never hired international before and decided to try applying for an H1B on our own. Needless to say it didn't go well and we received a "RFE" (Request for Further Evidence) which we were not prepared to deal with and decided to find an attorney to assist with the request. ...After some searching I found Ashley online and decided to give her a call. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and took on the case which was a difficult one (very uphill!). Ashley created the best case possible and about 2 weeks after she submitted the RFE we received a notice that the visa was approved! I had the pleasure to work with Ashley to file my O-1 Visa petition. Ashley was very professional and extremely helpful from the first moment.
