I agree 100% to all other reviews out there. Ashley is phenomenal lawyer and human being. She has top notch knowledge on all the visa types. I had an excellent experience with Ashley as my lawyer for the H1B visa application. She replied to all my emails in an extremely timely manner and provided c...lear answers to each of my questions. She filed the petitions with such professionalism and details that I never remember getting an RFE ever. I also always got 3-year visa approvals when I started with Ashley as my lawyer. Before Ashley, my H1B visa approvals were for 1 year duration which is an extreme inconvenience because by the time you get 1st approval you need to get ready for next approval. While I was on H1B, my husband's GC was filed in EB1 for his L1A visa. Ashley helped me navigate through this change. She guided me on how I could manage my India travel while being on transition from H1B to the new status. I needed to travel to India on urgent basis and I hadn’t received my AP(Advance Parole) card . Ashley helped me to file for emergency AP and only because of all her guidance I was able to get the Emergency travel approval to go to India.( this is the trickiest approval to get and depends on only how well you file it) There aren’t enough words to convey completely how much she has helped us in this immigration process. I cannot recommend her highly enough! US Immigration is so harsh and unforgiving but lawyers like Ashley make the immigration world a better place :)

Attorney Gruber embodies true professionalism and is very knowledgeable about her field. I was referred to Attorney Gruber by my international advisor and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my case. Although there were some roadblocks along the way ( which had nothing to do with Ashley) s...he always had a resolution and got me to the finish line. My case was a bit complex with certain technicalities and not every lawyer knew how to process such a case. Ashley guided me through every turn, took time to answer my detailed questions and took care of all the required details. She is a very detail oriented & knowledgeable person which contributed ...immensely to the success of my case. We worked together almost everyday on the petition for several weeks. My case had to do with reclaiming time left on my previous H1 and make sure the USCIS understood that I did not need to go through the lottery again and Ashley did a good job ensuring that. We worked together to fine tune all my documents and Ashley took time to make sure that all of the documentation was in order. We exchanged many emails to ensure that we had the right documentation and strategy which so that the officers understood my case. My case was approved by USCIS. Thereafter, Ashley ensured that I had the information I needed to acquire a new H stamp and re-enter the USA. I successfully obtained the stamp without issue. A job well done!

My situation was quite unique, and it was really hard to find attorneys who would be able to work on my case. I have a primary H1b employment and I was seeking a concurrent H1b for an outpatient practice that I’ll have ownership in, a practice that is newly established with no other employees. When ...I started this process it seemed like I had a mountain to climb. I got in tough with Shilpa Malik who explained the process and gave me confidence that it will be possible to get this approved through USCIS. She got me in touch with Ashley who made the entire process seem like it was a routine thing for her.
