Ashley is literally the best attorney! I filed my H1B with her this year and with all the changes, I was really doubtful with my case. I have just a bachelor's degree and my company had never applied for H1B for anyone. Even my industry is not very technical and we had to go through so many obstacles... before filing. I never even thought about approval and was 100% positive to receive an RFE. BUT SHE DID IT! My case got approved in 2 months without premium processing or RFE.
