Ashley was really helpful for an H1B transfer to a new employer. My H1B was approved on October 1 but my old employer violated the Labor Regulations and didn't pay as per the LCA. I didn't have documentation to confirm my maintenance of status or any paystubs whatsoever, my case required a very uni...que strategy.
