I can not thank her enough. All I can say is that I got super lucky to find her. I don't know what I would do without her help. My employer hired Ashley for an H-1B VISA. It was the first time my employer was sponsoring work visas for international workers. The process was new to us. I was very stres...sed out and had no idea if this would work at all. She was extremely responsive, proficient, and caring. The process was very stressful and long but she made it way easier. I had the pleasure to work with Ashley to file my O-1 Visa petition. Ashley was very professional and extremely helpful from the first moment. She showed a genuine interest in helping me with my application, was very meticulous in her document reviews and provided the right guidance. I was working with another attorney (not Ashley) to file my EB1-B (outstanding researcher) petition, we have filed my petition in Feb 2017 under premium-processing, and the documentation did not go well for my petition as my previous attorney is not knowledgeable in EB1-B petitions, As I correctly an...ticipated, I got a long 8 page RFE with a deadline of 60 days in March 2017. As I am sure not to repeat same mistake, I was shopping for new attorney to support with response to my RFE. I met with multiple attorneys including Ashley from SGM Law Group from Fort Lauderdale, FL 3334 after talking to her in person for 1 hr.; I realized how knowledge she is on EB1 petitions and I immediately accepted to work with her firm, at this time only 3 weeks left to meet RFE response deadline set by USCIS, Glad that SGM team and Ashley agreed to work with me with tight deadline. Ashley created excellent response to my RFE, pushed me to limit to get best possible documentation for each USCIS query, I must say I was so much impressed with the response she generated within 3 weeks as I was running out of time. The response was thorough, professional and easy to follow to USCIS persons; response was submitted on 5/29/2017. Today -6/13/2017 my USCIS petition for I-140 under EB1B is approved, so happy to see this outcome. I never imagined she can create such a response to RFE, as soon as I saw her response, I knew its going to be approved.
