As a small business we had never hired international before and decided to try applying for an H1B on our own. Needless to say it didn't go well and we received a "RFE" (Request for Further Evidence) which we were not prepared to deal with and decided to find an attorney to assist with the request. ...After some searching I found Ashley online and decided to give her a call. I was working with another attorney (not Ashley) to file my EB1-B (outstanding researcher) petition, we have filed my petition in Feb 2017 under premium-processing, and the documentation did not go well for my petition as my previous attorney is not knowledgeable in EB1-B petitions, As I correctly an...ticipated, I got a long 8 page RFE with a deadline of 60 days in March 2017. As I am sure not to repeat same mistake, I was shopping for new attorney to support with response to my RFE.
