Oct 03, 2014OUTCOME: Third Court of Appeals and Texas Supreme Court affirmed ruling at the trial court, in favor of my client.
Represented a client in a divorce involving a multi-million dollar estate and significant custody disputes. After reaching an agreement at mediation, the other party tried to revoke the agreement. A he ... aring was held and the Court did not allow party to get out of the agreement. Following that dispute, the other party appealed the decision by the trial court to the Third Court of Appeals. After assisting in briefing the response to their appeal, the Third Court of Appeals denied their appeal. This was later appealed to the Texas Supreme Court. After briefing the issue to the Texas Supreme Court, the Texas Supreme Court denied the other party's Petition for Review, in favor of my client.
