OUTCOME: Mother succeeded in reversing the original Circuit Court Order disinheriting her.

This was an appellate level case which was remanded back to Circuit Court. The case involved a dispute between divorced parents over the proceeds of their child's wrongful death case. The biological fa ... ther attempted to use his status as Personal Representative to essentially disinherit his former spouse. I represented the biological mother.
