Very good attorney

She knew my case very well. I always thought she was prepared and ready to tell the court the things I thought were important. She listened to me. She was easy to get ahold of. I liked that I could email her and she got back to me every time. Her bills were very fair.

Caring, Compationate, reasonable

I hired this attorney for my custody case. She is extremely knowledgeable of all current laws, and advises her clients accordingly. She is easy to get ahold of and attentively listens to all your concerns.

Great Attorney

I used this attorney for a custody matter. She was excellent. She got me everything I asked for. She was available during nights and weekends which was great for my work schedule. I could always get a hold of her either at work or on her cell phone or via email.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE

This lawyer does not connect with the client, the legal field is only her source of income and it's very obvious. Takes a defensive position. Lacks self confidence in the Courtroom. Doesn't file paperwork within the guidelines. Doesn't dress professionally. The office very unorganized. i.e. I had an ...appt. to see her 24 hours prior to Court appearance- appt. was set 4 weeks in advance- I got to the office and she couldn't even find my file- piles of charts scattered everywhere. Unfortunately retainer was paid in advance, but I knew at this point that I was not going to be properly represented. I was right.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Jacqueline Mark is one of the most zealous advocates I know. She works hard, and is results driven. She takes a personal interest in each case, and believes in her clients. If I had a custody dispute, she is the attorney I would want beside me."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
