My father said I should go see Jack after his death and I am glad I did. At the time my sibling picked an estate lawyer without my input and was giving me misinformation about probate in PA and what I would have to do as an executor - such as I would have to come to PA several times from my out of state residence (sibling & I are named as co-executors in parents' wills). Jack gave me good background information about PA probate, gave me the correct information about what I would have to do as an executor and generally cleared up the mess my sibling was making. He then helped with going over the paperwork and communications with the estate attorney selected by my sibling. (Jack had also told me that if I disagreed with the choice of that attorney I could ask for someone else, but this was not necessary as only my sibling was snaky.) I am glad my father advised me that Jack was his lawyer and I should go see him.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
