David was recommended to me by a co-worker. After our first conversation I felt confident he would be great to work with and made me feel very comfortable from the start. I was being charged with child endangerment, terroristic threats, possession of a firearm with intent to use it criminally, and it was two counts on each offense. I had another attorney who seemingly did nothing to fight for me and I didn't do what it was said I did. My other attorney, not wanting to... represent me going to trial, told me I would be better off finding a new lawyer. The plea deals offered to me all included Act42 which meant I would have to give up my gun rights, which was a deal breaker for me. David Schnarrs not only took my case ready to go to trial but without even going to trial, I was offered disorderly conduct, no fines, not on my permanent record, no probation, and most important nothing keeping me from shooting sports and hunting or owning a firearm. He was very informative every step of the way and explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. He knew what mattered to me most and refused to fold to the plea deals that would have taken that from me. He believed me when it seemed like no one else would hear me, and he pointed out the important details that would have the DA second guessing moving forward to a trial. He stood by me and didn't back down or try to talk me into settling for less and thankfully after it all my rights and my freedom were saved even after the first lawyer turned his back on me. Thank you a thousand times Mr. Schnarrs and you can bet I will recommend you to anyone that is going through a tough time and has to seek representation!

I highly recommend him. Ive been working with him for 4 years now and everytime I see him Im always compelled to thank him for how he handles things. Take yesterday for example. The judge wouldnt make an exact ruling, but thanks to Daves work with the other attorney, I was able to get a win. A win.... He was able to do this by asking me the right questions, formulating the best position to take, and paying close attention to the details. Dont waste your time with other attorneys
