I have been using dave as a family and for my criminal issues for over 20 years and he hasn't let me down 1 time! He is a man of his word and whatever he says he will do he means it.. I've heard horror stories of some attorneys taking your money and not following thru but dave comes though every sing...le time.. if i could rate him higher than 5 stars i would. He really is amazing, i hope i never need an attorney again but if i do there is no question that i will use him again and i highly recommend him for any family or criminal issues!! Dave handled my DUI conviction and then recently the expungement of the same 10 years later. I was facing 10 years in state prison. All for removing a drug addict squatter from my deceased mothers home. Long story short. I hired dave and he fought tooth and nail to save my life. My family and I have used Dave twice in recent years, once for guidance, advice and an expungement of a previous DUI conviction, and a second time defending a forgery of medical scripts due to a drug addiction of a family member, which he successfully was able to reduce the conviction to probation. ...In both cases, Dave was very professional and thorough in his preparation and execution of his case, and we were very appreciative of his efforts to successfully avoid jail time.
