I am from the Philadelphia PA area and was involved in an alleged criminal Simple Assault case in Buck County, PA one year ago, where someone made an egregious allegation against me. For example, during my trial, the judge misstated my charges to more serious charges. Within seconds Bill corrected the judge on the correct charges and the judge then apologized and said “ he was testing counsel.” Imagine if Bill was not mentally aware and nimble, the judge could have screwed me up and recorded more serious charges against me. By the way, Bill got my charges dropped from Simple Assault to a minor summary offense, which is like a traffic ticket! Finally, Bill knows both the prosecution and defense side of law proceedings. He knows it all! My case is just about closed and I am totally thrilled with Bill’s legal work and how he handled my case. I feel my life is back! After hiring William DeNardo, he met me at the courthouse, he was unfamiliar with my case and said he did not want to represent me. He had no idea I had paid a $1000 deposit to his firm the week before. I went up to the prosecutor myself to see if i could work out a deal with them myself and they sai...d they would work with me. When the judge called my name I said i need time to find a new attorney, mine just quit, then bill walked over and said he would represent me. He negotiated a horrible plea deal for me, I told bill I couldnt plead guilty to a charge that may effect my hospital job in the future, he said "I took care of it", I plead guilty to the charges he negotiated and find out later that I can't get a job anywhere and one of the charges I plead guilty to was a domestic charge, so ive also lost my firearm privileges, he never advised me of any of this. I would have asked for a continuance and tried to straighten things out more before going back to court. Stay away from him!!

I'm so thankful that I found Bill!! He was a great lawyer to have by my side during a difficult time in my life. He took the time to listen, and let me vent, and reassured me that everything would work out with the case I was involved in. I'm such a worrier and I need constant reassurance, but Bill n...ever made me feel like I was bothering or burdening him. He makes you feel like he is your personal friend who you've known forever and who you can tell anything to without judgment. Another great thing about Bill was how proactive he was in reaching out to me and explaining everything so I wouldn't worry in the meantime. With some lawyers, you have to 'chase them down' in order to speak to them, and they rush you off the phone. This was never the case with Bill!
