Matthew William Quigg

Matt was appointed to represent me in 2021 for a PCRA. From the time the PCRA was initiated until the outcome, I only had three interactions with Mr. Quigg. He often scheduled phone calls but never followed through. In 2023, the judge ordered a hearing for Matthew to explain his delay in amending my... PCRA or filing a Finley letter. Just two days before his court appearance, Mr. Quigg contacted me with apologies, saying my case had “slipped through the cracks.” I later emailed him after missing his court appearance to inquire about the case’s outcome, but received no response. To my surprise, he filed a motion to withdraw, even though he hadn’t heard the full details of my case. I asked if he had my trial transcripts to assess my PCRA claims, but, as expected, received no response. I strongly advise against working with Matthew Quigg.

I hired Matt Quigg to represent me in a very serious criminal case. He was AWFUL! He says he is super aggressive and he was completely the opposite. I did everything he asked me to do to get the charges dropped and thrown out. I saw the people he recommended me to see, doctors he told told me to visi...t, evidence from my behalf EVERYTHING, and it turn he decided he wasn’t even going to use any of this. He is the worst communicator I have ever seen. I know I was not his only client but I wouldn’t hear from him for MONTHS even when he asks me to reach out to him. He tells me the DA is not out for blood but then she came straight for the jugular when we were in court. I did everything to show I was innocent and all he did was tell me to take a deal so that it would be over and I could move on with my life. Well it’s easy for him to say because at the end of the day he walks away with no record and the outcome doesn’t affect him. I listened to him and took a bullshit deal for something I didn’t do and no have 3 felonies on my record for the rest of my life. I’m now 23 with no degree and it is nearly impossible for me to find a job. Matt told me he would do everything he can to help me and then turns to my parents and I and says “I’m sorry. I should have been more aggressive to try to get things done!” LIKE WHAT???? You pride yourself in saying you are aggressive when you aren’t. Don’t hire this joke of an attorney. HE DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST.

Matt was such a huge help to me throughout this whole process. I had been struggling with addiction for years and getting arrested was my complete downfall. I met Mr. Quigg earlier this year. I was in seek of great help when my employer terminated my employment for doing something I did not do. I was at work. Clocked in as normal. However, by the end of my shift my entire world was turned upside down. I was accused of stealing several items that I had pr...oof of me purchasing. I had receipts for everything and was still fired! This experience was not only confusing, but extremely terrifying. I was fired, arrested, finger printed, jailed, and humiliated, all in the same day. How embarrassing!? Mr. Quigg's approach was amazing in gathering all the information needed for us to make the right decisions. He is highly educated, experienced, and especially CONNECTED! It's not always about what you know, but who you know. I beat all my charges and we are in the process of suing. I strongly recommend Mr. Quigg, aka, "Save The Day" to anyone in need of legal rescue!
