I just came upon the previous post and it is NOT accurate. I am familiar with the case and the outcome referenced in this post. The reviewer is not being honest. The Defendant pled guilty to a 3rd DUI in 10 years. He admitted to police and the court that he was in fact driving drunk and without a lic...ense. Attorney Fiore negotiated a sentence that was less than the mandatory minimum and negotiated for immediate work release during the sentencing. I was there and Attorney Fiore asked for work release during the course of the sentencing hearing. The note that the attorney failed to see incorrect release date is a joke. The release date is not on any paperwork provided to Defendant or attorney in any criminal matter! Seems to me that this person needs to look in the mirror and take responsibility for his own actions, rather than blaming his attorney. This post should not be given any credence. I know Attorney Fiore personally and have seen his work. I can attest to his professionalism and skill as an advocate.

Horrible representation. Mr. Fiore clearly does know the DUI system. He was hired as my DUI offense lawyer, he failed to read or question the police report which was wrought with incorrect information including reason for stop, street location, direction travel, license plate light, etc. He failed... to negotiate terms, failed to see the incorrect release date on the paperwork which caused me to stay in county prison for 18 additional days; I had to hire a second attorney to fix this error. I had to remind him at the very end of the court hearing, as he was packing up to leave, to request work release, he refused to provide a detailed billing statement, would not return my calls saying he didn’t have my phone number, refused to reschedule court dates as I requested when it was apparent he was not prepared and hadn’t looked at the police report. He mocked me in front of my boss and my parents “you won’t be driving again until you’re an old man." Please beware.
