OUTCOME: Not Guilty

My client was charged with First Degree Child Molestation and Kidnapping of a Minor. Although he was a juvenile, he was tried as an adult, and he faced a sentence of twenty-five years to life in prison ... if convicted. He was incarcerated for nearly one full year before trial. After a five day trial, the jury found my client not guilty!
