I highly recommend Debbie's legal services. I found Debbie to be very thorough in analyzing business contracts focusing on the major items. She was flexible in tailoring a contract that would meet my needs as well as providing me alternative ideas about a specific topic within a contract as well as ...alternative language that provided greater clarity. Turnaround time was good for reviewing a contract which was usually in a couple of days. Ethically strong, only provided appropriate and needed services for a given project.
