Andrew Douglas Taylor

I am a family law attorney and partner at Shemtob Law, P.C. in Blue Bell, PA.  I practice family law in Montgomery, Philadelphia, Chester, Bucks, Delaware and Berks Counties.   

I limit my practice exclusively to family law and handle all matters of divorce, child support, alimony, child custody and PFAs. I frequently draft pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and regularly argue cases before the Pennsylvania Superior Court involving complex family law issues.

I have received an “AV Preeminent®” rating by Martindale-Hubbell.  I have also been named a “Top Family Law Attorney” by Mainline Today Magazine, a “Top Family Law Attorney” by Philadelphia Life Magazine and an “Awesome Attorney” in the area of Family Law in Philadelphia by Suburban Life Magazine.  In 2011, I received the “Lawyer on the Fast Track Award,” an honor given to only 27 Pennsylvania attorneys under 40 years of age by the The Legal Intelligencer recognizing the future leaders of Pennsylvania’s legal community.  I have been named a “Rising Star” from 2008 through 2014 by the publisher of the Pennsylvania Edition of the Super Lawyers magazine, an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania who are 40 yeas or  younger or in practice for 10 years or less.  I have also received an Avvo® Rating of “10 – Superb.”

I write extensively about family law topics, am often quoted in the media and frequently lecture on different issues dealing with family law.
