Timothy Gerard Daly

Tim Daly is an amazing person. I was recommended to Tim by a client of mine and she had such amazing things to say about him. Right after my first meeting with TIm i knew exactly what Rhonda was talking about. Tim stayed in touch with me regularly. Made sure to follow up with me after all my surgerie...s and treatments. Tim is a very kind person and i never got that vibe that i was talking to a lawyer. He was more like a friend who was concerened about me and guided me throughout the process from insurances, to doctors visits to everything else. Recovering from injuries physically and mentally is a painful process but Tim made things easier when it came to paperwork and all. He was careful to not bring up memories over and over again as i was having severe anxiety and PTSD. To Tim and his team you are not just a client but more like family. I cannot thank Daly and Clemente enough for all they did for me.

Mr. Daly was always available for me, and he got me three times what the insurance company offered me without a lawyer. He even came to my house to meet with me several times.
