Hired Bob Reilley in June 2008 because my divorce case needed to be transferred to Montgomery County. After two years of paying spousal support and being told that the courts are slow I decided to research the records at the court house. I learned that Bob Reilley never never transferred the case t...ill approx. February 2010 (1.5 years after hiring him). When I questioned him he double talked and created false statements like I advised him I was not in a hurry to get divorced. I pay $8K a month to my soon to be x-wife. I think I am in a super hurry to finalize my divorce. Lastly he also advised me which my new lawyer totally disagreed with was I can not claim the spousal support as a deduction till the divorce is final. Currently my accountant is amending the last two years tax returns but it is no guarantee and of course all this cost money. Due to his negligence I am in the hole for $30K lawyer fees, $288K in spousal support plus paying all the debt, health insurance. STAY AWAY FROM REILLEY!!!
