The Commonwealth Court granted the appeal filed by Frank's client and reversed the award of hearing loss benefits made to the Claimant, since the petition was not filed within the time required under the Act.
McKinney v. WCAB (Decision Data), 752 A.2d 928 (Pa. Cmmwlth. 2000) (rev. per cuiam, 770 A.2d 326 (Pa. 2001))
