Dian Trabulsy

Most people don't come to me excited about legal documents. They come because a parent is aging, or a baby just arrived, or a friend died without a will and the family is still untangling it two years later. What they want isn't paperwork. It's the confidence that the people they love will be cared for.

I'm Dian Trabulsy, an attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and New York, and the founder of Faithfully Legal. Faith is the reason this practice exists. I built it to serve families and business owners the way I believe people deserve to be served: honestly, patiently, and with real care for the person across the table. You do not have to share my faith to be served well by it. Clients of every background are welcome here.

I focus on heart-centered estate and legacy planning: wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and guardianship for minor children. I also help purpose-driven business owners and nonprofits build legal foundations that match their values, from entity formation to contracts to 501(c)(3) work.

My fees are flat and agreed upfront. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices, and no watching the clock while you ask the question you were afraid to ask. You will know the full cost before we begin, so the only thing left to think about is the plan itself.

I practice in English and Mandarin. For families planning across generations, and sometimes across borders, language should never be one more barrier at the moment they most need clarity.

Outside the firm, I lead the Loving Legacy Foundation, a nonprofit providing bilingual estate and legacy planning education to families who might not otherwise have access to it.
