Timothy Woodward

Perhaps the single, worst experience that I’ve ever had with a Lawyer Tim wouldn’t respond to my calls for days. I had to have other people reach out to him to get him to respond. He had a constantly be reminded about essential facts of my case. He never asked important details. He showed up and allo...wed the Lawyer of my codefendant handle pretty much everything and Tim just kind of followed behind. After my preliminary hearing, Tim spoke to the press without my permission, and made very bizarre statements that seemed more concerned with his reputation than actually portraying me is innocent in the Media. In fact, his statements almost implied that I was guilty. He was fired immediately after when I tried speaking to him and he refused to take accountability. Tim clearly has little to no interest in being a lawyer anymore. It may be time for Mr. Woodward to retire, and I think that that’s what he should do rather than continue to jeopardize more clients with his apathy.

Mr. Woodward is a terrible communicator. He is all about taking the easy road (whichever road is easiest for him). I do not recommend Mr. Woodward as he is very distant and detatched from his cases.
